NEW! Diploma of specialized graduate studies in Specialized Sleep Interventions

Unique training in Canada to meet a significant need for the population

The Department of Psychology at the Université de Montréal is proud to offer the very first graduate university training dedicated to the specialized intervention in sleep!

An integrated clinical approach

This specialized training allows the development of clinical skills through three internships conducted within the future University Sleep Clinic of the Université de Montréal, which will be open to the public during the spring of 2026. These internships will allow students to experiment concretely with screening, evaluation and sleep intervention with a diversity of clients, from infants to elderly.

Who is this program for?

• professionals in health and social services wishing to expand their field of competence to better support their clients in terms of sleep;

• to people with a bachelor’s degree in psychology, cognitive neuroscience, psychoeducation, social work, nursing, occupational therapy, kinesiology, physiotherapy, or a training deemed equivalent, wishing to acquire practical and applied training in sleep health.
